Welcome to today's Tuesday Tips & Techniques. The technique I'm showing today is an oldie but goodie, and so simple to make beautiful backgrounds. I'm sure you have everything you need to complete this project. I used the Irresistible Blooms Bundle, but, you can use any stamps and dies.
