Stampin' Up! ® Three On Thursday with Suzie Q - Cheerful Daisies

Hi everyone! Welcome to my blog for Three on Thursday June 29, 2023. I am so excited to share tonight's cards. They are simple for those who are just starting to stamp. I also stepped up a card for those who want to do a little bit more. The one I have the project sheet for is the fun fold card I demonstrated. So easy to make using any designer series paper and large die to form the card base.

Today's Three On Thursday focuses on the Let's Go Fishing Suite Collection on page 78-79 of the 2023-2024 Annual Catalog. This collection is great for masciline cards but can also be used for those ladies who love to fish. Think about all those people who are outdoor lovers.

The cards made today are simple to make. You can watch the full video HERE.

Supplies for Card

5-1/2" x 8-1/2" Very Vanilla Card Base scored at 4-1/4"

5-1/4" x 4" Pecan Pie Layer

2" x 5-1/4" Designer Series Paper

Scraps of Very Vanilla & Pecan Pie

Instructions

Use the Twisted Rope 3D Embossing Folder and emboss the Pecan Pie Layer

Attach the DSP to the Pecan Pie

Stamp the greeting in Pecan Pie on Very Vanilla and die cut. Use dimensionals to attach the greeting.

Stamp the inside greeting on Pecan Pie using Pecan Pie ink. Use die to cut out.

Use Misty Moonlight to stamp the bottom of the inside.

Use the large fish die and cut one of the fish from the DSP. Adhere to the bottom of the inside.

Tuesday June 20th Tuesday Technique with Suzie Q Stampn' Up!®

Hello friends, welcome to this week's technique. It is one of those thecniques that once you get started you will have a hard time stopping.

All you need is some Isppropyl Alcohol, Ink Pads, Cotten Balls, and Paper. I did it on Basic White, Shimmer Texture White, and Vellum. I am making cards for Blue Star Mothers of America and need patriotic backgrounds so I used Night of Navy and Real Red. I did one with Blueberry Bushel, Lemon Lolly, and Bubble Bath also.
